Once your questionnaire is in, we’ll sit down for an initial consultation. Here’s what happens during our chat:
Building Trust: First and foremost, we’ll establish trust and rapport. You need to know that I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Reviewing the Questionnaire: We’ll go through the information you provided in the questionnaire. This is where the magic happens as we dig deep into your health history, daily routines, and your goals, which will become our guiding stars.
Setting Expectations: I’ll lay out the coaching process, from session frequency to how we’ll communicate. You’ll have a clear picture of what to expect from me as your coach.

Deep health coaching revolves around four pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress Management. In the initial assessment, we’ll dive into each of these:
Nutrition: We’ll explore your current eating habits, any dietary restrictions, and what you want to achieve with your nutrition. Whether it’s weight management, more energy, or specific health concerns, I’ve got you covered!
Movement: Let’s talk about your physical activity. Do you have a fitness routine? Any past injuries? We’ll tailor a movement plan that suits your needs and preferences.
Sleep: The quality of your sleep is crucial. We’ll delve into your sleep patterns, address any sleep-related issues, and work on strategies to improve your sleep.

Setting the Course
With all this information in hand, we’ll set SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. These goals will guide our journey and ensure we’re on the right track.
Your Personalized Deep Health Plan
Using your goals and assessment data, we’ll craft a personalized deep health plan aka Wellness Vision Statement. This plan will be your roadmap, complete with nutrition recommendations, exercise routines, sleep strategies, and stress management techniques.
