During your 30 (virtual) minute personal training session, you will experience a customized workout routine that will challenge you physically and mentally, all while creating a stronger, more FIT, YOU...and, of course, one that is tailored to your goals! The emphasis of these workouts is geared towards building muscular strength and endurance, all while improving overall body composition. This is a fantastic entry point for anyone who is new or seasoned to fitness. Each workout begins with a dynamic warm-up and finishes with a full body stretch.
Prior to your first session, a brief consultation to review your past and present health history. Also current lifestyle behaviors, goals, and what you would like to gain from your sessions. During your 1st, 8 sessions - Cedric recommends 3x week for 1 month - Cedric will be able to create a strong foundation to help set the stage for a more progressive fitness plan.
