I have struggled with my weight since I was 16 years old. I feel like I have tried almost every diet and weight loss pill. I contemplated weight loss surgery as nothing I was doing seemed to work. It wasn’t until I changed how I viewed health and fitness did my changes become permanent. I was no longer looking for the quick fix. I wanted to make lifelong changes in order to be happier and healthier for my kids.
