What to expect in a meeting: In the initial consultation, we will meet for an hour and complete a thorough assessment of your health history, symptoms, current diet and lifestyle, and any lab reports you wish to share. We establish your goals and start to create a solution tailored to your specific needs. After we meet, I send an action plan, covering food, lifestyle, nutrients, and possibly additional lab work. In the two follow-up appointments, we will update your action plan as needed to help you achieve optimal wellness. It can take time to determine the root cause(s) of your major health concerns. These consultations provide an opportunity for us to check in, adjust nutritional protocols, and address any questions or concerns you may have. These meetings enable you to stay on track and motivated. After all of our appointments, I will always provide a follow-up email outlining your updated wellness plan.
