Are you feeling lost and out of control with your new body as you enter into a new stage of life? You are not alone. We have been led to believe that menopause is out of our control, and our bodies will do what they will. This is simply not true. Our coaching sessions will focus on discovering new habits that work with your new and changing body to help you reach your goals. Weight loss, increasing your fitness level, sleeping better and feeling less stressed are still possible as you navigate your journey through menopause.
In our initial session we’ll work together to discover your big goals and work by building small steps to help you get there. We will collaborate on ways to help you cope with stress, get better sleep and check in with your nutrition to help alleviate some potential symptoms. In our follow-up sessions we will discuss what is working and what obstacles you may need to work around.
