During this session, we will get to know each other a bit first as I will learn more about your fitness goals and what you're looking for in a workout plan. We will then go over any limitations or health concerns you may have (if any) so that I can know exactly how to build your guide specifically for you. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight/muscle, maintain weight, I can help you with all of that!
Aside from discussing your fitness goals with you, I will also send you a customized workout plan for you to follow (4-week plan). I can build a plan that you can follow at the gym OR at home, your choice! When the 4-week mark is up, you can continue to use this guide if you'd like- it's yours to keep.
