In this session you will learn how to slow your own aging process and lead a lifestyle of longevity. We will address nutrition for optimizing cellular health and preventing chronic disease and inflammation. We will examine the lifestyle factors that impact your longevity including but not limited to your microbiome, sleep, stress response, toxin exposure, relationships and connections, sources of joy, and movement.
We are each aging at our own rate according to our biological age. We know this by our visible signs of aging in our face, as well as the levels of inflammation in our body. If we are aging at an accelerated rate compared to our biological age, we are more prone to chronic disease and are at an increased risk for early mortality.
This session is ideal for individuals in their 40's, 50's, and 60's who are interested in addressing factors that could lower the aging process.
