In this package of 12 visits you will learn how to achieve ideal weight for YOU. By learning how to methodically implement specific healthy habits, you will get results that are sustainable. This is not a program for rapid weight loss, or weight loss that will disrupt your metabolism.
We will address nutrition and your relationship with food, eating for blood sugar balance, proper sleep, movement, self-talk, mindfulness and stress management, and other lifestyle factors. We will most likely track your food on a tracking app if you are comfortable doing so. You will have accountability and a supportive, encouraging place to work on your goals.
