On one hand it can feel overwhelming, and on the other hand it can help to have some added support along the way.
That why I've created this session that can be totally personalized to your needs! These sessions can be booked singularly or week after week depending on what you are needing (and wanting) in terms of support and accountability.
Together we will dive into what habits have been working well for you and what has been a challenge. As we reflect on where you are and where you WANT to be, we will brainstorm and map out small, specific experimental goals and habits that will support your wellness vision. We will also discuss how your personal strengths can be leveraged to support you with your goals and progress.
