Feel Better with Alpha Gal Allergy Support & Wellness Coaching

Alpha Gal allergy is caused by ticks and causes mild to severe reactions to red meat, mammal derivatives and other products. If you or someone you love has Alpha Gal allergy, you may face difficult dietary and lifestyle changes.
Alpha Gal affects each of us differently. Through health coaching, I can support you in 3 primary ways:

Identifying and avoiding your triggers while still enjoying life.
Learning how to read your body’s signals and manage your experience.
Exploring health and wellness tools that are just right for you.

Through health coaching you can learn about vegan dietary substitutions, hidden ingredients, where to find information and how to keep track of your reactions. You can also have someone listen to you, relate to your experience and show you compassion.

In your sessions, I will help you to:

• Set goals to get healthy which are realistic.
• Explore theories and research to discuss with your doctor.
• Try new foods, preparations and consumption habits.
• Share your feelings, analyze your obstacles and identify areas where you need support.
