Summer fitness plan with Bailey

Ready to enjoy the summer without slowing down due to physical limitations? Together we will create a fitness plan to meet your goals this summer. Whether it be improving your endurance to keep up with others, tone your beautiful beach body, or lose those last few pounds, I am here to help! This plan will meet the needs of your busy schedule and use the resources/equipment you have available.
With this package we will be meeting twice a week. Once to create a plan for the week including workouts and meal prep ideas. The second meeting will include accountability. I will be following up on workouts and we will adjust them accordingly if needed.
I have an ISSA certification for personal training. I have a nutrition certification and am studying to be a nurse. My current employment involves helping diabetic patients achieve better health and mobility. I have trained myself to have better health, mobility, and fitness, this is something I am passionate about and want to share and motivate my passion with others!
