My course is Individual to each patient and consists of 4 sessions per month as follows:
First Consult: Discussion of your Health and Nutritional History + Setting Intentions for your week in every area of your health (Nutrition, Physical Activity, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional Health).
Second Consult: Bioindividual Action Plan including Nutrition, Physical Activity, Sleep, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional Health.
Third Consult: First progress check + New Intentions.
Fourth Consult: Second progress check + long term habits and commitments.
(Every session also includes a 15 minute grounding activity like: breath work, meditation, mindful movement, somatic movements, among others).
After the 4 sessions of the month you decide if you want to end our doctor-patient relationship or if you would like to continue on the 3 or 6 month program for further goals and habits maintenance and accountability.
