If your mind is like mine, it’s always ON. Not being able to disconnect and just be is something I hear clients complain about the most. This practice, like any workout, requires building muscle to achieve disconnection. It will be easier for some, yet it may take time to enjoy the full experience for others.
Remember this is your first time trying something new. Come in with no expectations or judgments. Just come learn something new and have an experience!
What To Expect
We are shallow breathers, therefore we are recycling old oxygen.
With this focused rhythmic Breathwork we bring new oxygen into our cells and the mitochondria become activated and are able to get rid of excess waste from the cell, so in turn, they all begin to vibrate. You will be able to feel the vibrations throughout your body. Your face, arms, and hands seem to be the most popular places, but feeling your legs vibrate is also possible.
We will be actively breathing for 20 minutes and we will be resting for 15 minutes. We will have time to share some of your experiences and also time to learn exactly how to do this rhythmic breath.
