What to expect in a meeting: Review last week's successes, goals, and roadblocks. Then we will set an objective for the session and then develop SMART goals for the following week. That means Sustainable, Measurable, Realistic, and Time-bound. We will work through any hesitations, potential barriers, and focus on using your strengths to reach your weekly goal. Depending on the goal, I may offer an activity - journal, assessment/questionnaire - that would be relevant to your goal. All clients are invited to the Practice Better platform where you can access everything you need -- in-app messaging with me, tracking tools, journals, weekly goals, assessments/questionnaires, billing, scheduling, etc.
