The health coach approach empowers you to understand what is going well on your health and wellness journey while rewiring your brain to learn new healthy habits that impact stress and sleep patterns.

Integrative – I work with who you are as a whole person: your vocation, your personal life and all that is important to you, as all of this impacts your well-being. Otherwise, my recommendations simply won’t stick. This ensures that all the solutions you and I create will work for YOU.

Evidence Based – I use evidence-based methods to facilitate behavior change. You can rest assured that my recommendations and coaching approach are based in science of lifestyle medicine.

Customized Wellness – I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Each person is unique, and I take the time to help clients understand precisely what is necessary to create their desired health.
