From my experience in clinical nutrition and helping thousands of clients, weight loss is a topic with a high number of factors influencing and limiting your progress: nutritional factors, binge eating, emotional challenges, trauma, food addiction, hormonal issues, chemical sensitivities... So I understand this topic from a wide range of angles and understand how difficult it can be. But have hope, there are solutions if we take an integrative, complete outlook at your situation.

Who am I?

I'm Oliver Gohari and I'm from England. I'm a Development and Wellness Consultant specializing in diet, weight loss, fitness training, performance enhancement (career and sports), and emotional well-being. I work with people from all over the world offering a bespoke, client-tailored service to achieve their specific goals.

Prior to my current role, I worked with professional footballers from Wolves FC (English Premier League), where I was in charge of offering flexibility and conditioning services in addition to nutritional plans and mental/ emotional resilience work.
