What to expect in a meeting: Session 1 will cover program details, goal setting, addressing obstacles, and creating a plan with action steps and accountability. Session 2 will take place at the end of week 2 to discuss progress and answer any questions plus health, fitness, and nutrition coaching. Session 3 will take place at the end of week 4 (same as session 2). Session 4 will take place at the end of week 6 addressing how to move forward and create a plan of action to keep the momentum and consistency going strong. By the end of the 6-week program, you will . . . have nutrition strategies to help reduce belly fat, bloating, and inflammation to better optimize your gut health. Have proper fitness guidelines programmed specifically for women over 45 to help build/maintain muscle mass and bone density, improve balance, stability, and flexibility.
