What to expect in a meeting:
During our 1:1 45 minute session, the client can expect: An initial assessment of their current health and fitness level, fitness plan, and dietary habits. Discussion of goals, desired outcome, and lifestyle obstacles/concerns. A personalized plan with actionable steps and strategies that will address specific goals, obstacles, progress markers, and accountability designed to help the client make sustainable changes to their lifestyle. Ongoing support and guidance from the coach is strongly recommended but required. Additional coaching sessions would be an opportunity for the client to ask questions, reevaluate the current plan, make appropriate adjustments, share concerns and receive feedback in a safe and non-judgmental space.
