General Nutrition Counselling consists of;
- Personalized one-on-one sessions (Online only)
- Initial information sheet and worksheet to be completed before initial session
- Meal tracking and analysis
- defining what health means to the client
- SMART goal setting
- personalized tools to help reach goals
- Help with building better habits
- Build better relationships with food and our bodies
- Homework after each session; which will be discussed during future session
- 24/7 email access to ask any questions in-between sessions or support, emails will be answered within 48h

- Including more plant based options in diet
- Curbing late night snacking/ better snacking choices
- Body image work with relation to food
- Meal structure and meal planning
