She is trained in screening, assessment, and support Dr. Jill provides an interactive, integrative approach focusing on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit. Equalizing this WHOLE helps with physical and psychological health. In this method, we approach distress and problems functioning with productive activities, healthy relationships and the ability to adapt to change and cope with adversity through talking, relaxations, visualization, meditation, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, EFT (tapping) and other evidence-based psychological and behavioral health strategies.
