Weekly we will assess the weight loss from the week before and if any tweaks are needed to the diet plan this will be made.
Over the 8 week weight loss journey I will be on hand to answer any questions to ensure the momentum and weight loss is achieved.

Any questions will then be answered and the session will be followed up with a weeks diet plan to follow. Each week a different key aspect of weight loss will be visited and explained, the aim is to educate & empower the client. Every week for 8 weeks weight loss will be reviewed and the diet plan tweaked if necessary.
