While there are many complexities associated with loss and its subsequent therapeutic grief stages, healing can oftentimes take time. The purpose of coaching through my course on healing is to help you plough through the 5 typical stages of grief the late Swiss psychiatrist, Elisabeth Kubler-Ross outlined in her extensive work on grief after the experience of loss.
The goal is to ultimately cultivate living our lives in reconciliation of our grief. I help guide you through a process that seeks to help you attain fulfillment of ultimate peace. It is a 5-week course that focuses on one of the 5 grief stages each week with a corresponding assignment, beginning with week one (Denial) and ending in week five (Acceptance).
You have the option to complete the 5-week course concurrently, or any one of the individual sessions independently.
What you will learn:
Each session you will be guided through a process of moving you through a healing experience. You will be guided to walk out the grief dynamic stages and complete exercises that help ground you toward a powerful healing process with steps leading to peace.

Week 3 - Bargaining
