Together we will work on a nutrition plan that will last! First we will explore what good nutrition means to you and how this vision fits into your present life. Then, through reflecting on your strengths, past successes, values, and current barriers, we will create a plan to move you forward towards your goals.

Health and wellness coaching is a growing field focused on helping individuals improve their overall health and well-being. I work with clients to identify their individual needs and create personalized plans to help them reach their goals. Coaching acts as a complement to traditional medical treatments by addressing the behavioral and lifestyle factors that contribute to many health conditions.

During coaching sessions, I use a variety of techniques, such as motivational interviewing, positive psychology, transtheoretical model of change, goal setting and action planning, behavioral modification and habit formation, time management and organization strategies, as well as personal development and self-awareness exercises.
I will work with you to identify what approach will be most effective in helping you achieve your goals. The goal of health and wellness coaching is to empower you to make lasting, positive changes in your life.

It is important to note that as a health and wellness coach I can provide support and guidance in addressing these conditions, however I am not practicing as a medical professional and am not a substitute for medical treatment. I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions during our coaching sessions. However, I can work alongside medical professionals and support you in managing conditions and improving your overall health and well-being. In cases where I become aware of a serious health condition, I may refer you to a medical professional for further evaluation and treatment.

What to expect in a meeting: Sessions will be 60 minutes in duration via my video telehealth platform either from your computer or smartphone. I will send you a link 15 minutes prior to our scheduled session. We will explore what is most important to you in regards to your health and well-being, where you want to be, and ideas on best ways to get, and stay, there. Working together on goal setting, action steps, and accountability will get you moving in the direction of desired sustainable change!
