Health and wellness coaching is a growing field focused on helping individuals improve their overall health and well-being. I work with clients to identify their individual needs and create personalized plans to help them reach their goals. Coaching acts as a complement to traditional medical treatments by addressing the behavioral and lifestyle factors that contribute to many health conditions.
During coaching sessions, I use a variety of techniques, such as motivational interviewing, positive psychology, transtheoretical model of change, goal setting and action planning, behavioral modification and habit formation, time management and organization strategies, as well as personal development and self-awareness exercises.
I will work with you to identify what approach will be most effective in helping you achieve your goals. The goal of health and wellness coaching is to empower you to make lasting, positive changes in your life.
It is important to note that as a health and wellness coach I can provide support and guidance in addressing these conditions, however I am not practicing as a medical professional and am not a substitute for medical treatment. I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions during our coaching sessions. However, I can work alongside medical professionals and support you in managing conditions and improving your overall health and well-being. In cases where I become aware of a serious health condition, I may refer you to a medical professional for further evaluation and treatment.
