Hypnotherapy, as opposed to hypnosis, is an effective treatment to help with issues related to mental health, trauma, emotional distress, physical pain, thinking patterns, and behavior as well as much more. In hypnotherapy, we not only induce into a heightened state of concentration while in a very relaxed state - we also go to the root of the problem and heal/transmute it.
We will get to know you and your goals, get you into a nice, relaxed and concentrated place, and then use various hypnotherapy techniques depending on your needs to get to the root of your issue. You will also receive a recording of your induction and suggestions to listen to every night.
