This session will cover an introduction to plant-based nutrition for individuals who are interested in making lifestyle changes. We will discuss your current dietary habits and lifestyle as well as the goals that you have for yourself. This session could also be for those who are familiar with plant-based nutrition but need some guidance in nutrition.
We will discuss in detail how to properly structure/plan your meals to optimize your nutrition. We will cover protein, fat, and carbohydrate intake as well as how to incorporate supplements if that is something you are wanting to include. While I do not provide a meal plan specifically, I do provide resources for recipes and a shopping list.

I have 10+ years of personal experience with a plant-based diet through two pregnancies as well as breastfeeding. I try to lead an active lifestyle incorporating a variety of activities including running, indoor cycling, and strength training.
