During each individual Sound Healing session (Sound Bath), we'll start with simple breathwork exercises. Breathwork exercises help to shift, calm, and relax the nervous system. After we've completed our breathwork exercises, we will get ourselves physically situated, this could look like being in a comfortably seated position or lying down on a yoga mat. While we allow the body to relax, we will then get acquainted with the theme, mantra, or affirmation for your session, which is designed to help support you during your sacred sound meditation experience. Every Sound Bath with White Violet Yoga (LaToya Westbrook), is designed to help you cleanse, clear, and realign your mind-body connection, bringing you back to your natural state of calm, centered, and balanced energy. You'll walk away rejuvenated, relaxed, and have an overall sense of well-being.

LaToya will be using a combination clear quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, Tingsha bells, voice, and other overtone emitting instruments during your Sound Bath.
