In this session we will discuss tools and strategies for maximizing your time in order to perform your best in all areas of your life. Topics such as maintaining healthy sleep routines, managing stress in a healthy manner, mentally preparing for your sporting events/races, and finding healthy outlets to help you recharge can be discussed.
