Hi there, my name is Coach Shannon and I specialize in habit changes for individuals taking GLP1 medications like Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Sandexa, and Trulicity, as well as those who have had or are considering bariatric surgery, or those who may want to follow special diets such as keto or plant-based diets. I understand that making lasting changes to your health and wellness can be challenging, which is why I am dedicated to building lasting relationships with my clients.

That's why I am offering a one-year commitment package that includes a bi-weekly 30-minute call or Zoom session with me and text support for accountability. As your health coach, I will work with you to create a personalized plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. I have the expertise, guidance, and support you need to make lasting changes and improve your overall health and well-being. I will encourage and motivate you every step of the way.

With each bi-weekly session, we will spend time setting goals. We will focus on your challenges and how to get you to the next level with your goals. With each goal, we will create small habits that will become part of your everyday life and that you will find sustainable after the program is completed. I will be with you 24/7 via text to hold you accountable and advise you on how to handle your greatest fears and challenges surrounding your health journey.

What to expect in a meeting: At the beginning of the program, we will establish a personalized plan, calculate your macros, and do an overall starting assessment. This will give us a clear understanding of where you're starting from and what needs to be done to reach your goals. We will reassess your progress monthly to make sure we are on track to meet your goals. This way we can adjust the plan accordingly if needed to make sure we are on the right path to reach your goals. With this structure, you will have the accountability and support you need to make lasting changes and improve your overall health and well-being. During our weekly sessions, we will review your goals, progress, and plan for the next week. This includes an in-depth look at your progress and any obstacles you may have encountered, as well as a discussion of any adjustments that need to be made to your plan in order to stay on track. Additionally, I will be available for accountability texts throughout the week to keep you motivated and on track with your goals.
