As an experienced Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, I am an expert in mindset and behaviour change, helping you to take a practical holistic approach towards achieving your goals, and making it possible to map your every move towards lifelong results. I hold several qualifications in behaviour change, fitness and exercise, special health conditions, and coaching.
Your sessions will start by diving into what your needs and goals are. You'll get to know more about my journey and how my approach will help you to achieve your goals, and more importantly, to sustain them.
Together we will build a program that works for you and sets you up to achieve your goals. We'll identify any potential barriers that might cause you to trip up, and plan ahead for them, so that you can overcome them and keep progressing towards your optimal health and fitness.
