As an experienced Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, I am an expert in mindset and behaviour change, helping you to take a practical holistic approach, and making it possible to map your every move towards lifelong wellness. I hold several qualifications in behaviour change, fitness and exercise, special health conditions, and coaching.
Your sessions will start by diving into what your needs and goals are. You'll get to know more about my journey and how my approach will help you to achieve your goals, and more importantly, to sustain them.
Together we will develop your self-awareness, set and achieve goals, build new positive habits, identify and avoid relapse triggers, and create long lasting behaviour change.
Single Sessions will be more flexible and the beginning of the call will be used to determine what you'd like to achieve from the session. This means we can be flexible and focus on whatever aspect of your wellness needs focus.
