In this six-week individualized program with a Certified Nutrition Specialist, you will learn evidence-based information on how to simplify nutrition to get results and lifestyle changes not just temporary fixes. You will come away thoroughly understanding everything from macronutrients to the microbiome. Nothing to buy, no detox powders, no frills, just knowledge and personalized planning. So many can benefit from just a few small changes that you can slip into your day and make it part of your lifestyle.

Each 50-minute session is an opportunity to explore topics ranging from understanding Calorie Density, Mindful Eating, Satiety, NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, Macronutrients Ranges, and so much more. Topics that are so important in healthy eating and weight management yet never explained fully in many programs. You will learn about metabolism and the importance and the significance of a healthy metabolism. Also, the myths and facts about ways to boost metabolism. Knowledge is power and the more solid, factual, knowledge you have about nutrition will enable you to stop the weight yo-yo, to decipher nutrition fact from fiction and to save money not buying useless weight loss products.

You can be very thin and your metabolic profile a mess. Healthy Eating is just not weight management. It is about taking action on creating an eating plan that you can live with and enjoy. Health is just as important on the inside as it is on the outside. Especially if you want to avoid the chronic diseases like diabetes that are plaguing our world. These are interactive sessions where you just are not just "spoon-fed" information. You get to apply what you learn each week with tasks and goals that you set for yourself. It is also an individualized program where you use your own metrics which you discover in the program, so that you can zero in on results that you set for yourself. I don't tell you what to eat, because that won't work. You need to have a plan that you can live with and enjoy.

How I can help...I have been in health education for my entire career. I have taught in many different environments from college campuses to corporate boardrooms. Building employee wellness programs as well as working one-on-one with clients. I also walk the walk with what I teach. Having the knowledge and experience to offer you so you can benefit from it is what this program is all about.

Why I can help... I have a Master's Degree in Health Education, am a Certified Nutrition Specialist, A Certified Wellcoach, Certified Personal Trainer and a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. My mission has always been about educating the public about how great they can feel when they use simple nutrition.
