Busy Body Transformation program, designed specifically for busy individuals who are looking to shed body fat, gain strength and energy. This 3-month program offers a personalized approach to fitness, ensuring that you receive a plan tailored to your specific goals, pain or limitations.

Once you purchase the package, you will have an onboarding call with me to discuss your fitness goals and any pain or limitations you may have.

You'll then receive a personalized fitness plan on my app that can be done from the comfort of your home, using only medium to heavy dumbbells or just your body weight. The program will be helping you improve posture, strength and stamina, and reduce bodyfat so your body doesn't prevent you from doing things you love.

You'll receive strength training sessions ranging from 2 to 3 times per week. There will also be low-intensity training days for walks, yoga or any other activity you prefer. I'll be in your back pocket the whole time, getting notified every time you complete a health habit. We'll meet each month for 40 minutes to discuss how it's going and check your progress, adjusting the plan if needed.

You'll also receive a detailed macro plan that will be personalized and give you insight on portions and what foods to include as well as a Macro Log integrated in the app so I can give you feedback and adjust food habits (also option to do no tracking and go INTUITIVE eating route)

You'll have access to me for any questions and many people notice amazing shifts in strength and energy within 2 weeks already.
