Exercise Physiology 1st Session with Daniel Cooper

An exercise physiologist is someone who has undergone 4 years of university, learning about the anatomy and physiology in relation to exercise. An exercise physiologist is a specialist in helping people take ownership of their health. The first time you meet with our EP you will go through your medical history, undergo an assessment in regard to your movement capabilities, perform goal setting to determine what you want and need and be provided with an exercise regime specifically designed to achieve your goals.

They help a range of people with different health conditions and diseases, some of which include:
- Neurological conditions
- Metabolic conditions
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Cardiovascular conditions
+ More

An exercise physiologist will be able to provide you with active solutions to common problems such as muscle tightness or stiffness, pain, and improving body composition. An exercise physiologist is also trained in strengthening and conditioning making them great for people from the general population looking to enhance their health, to athletes who want to improve their performance for sports.

When you sign up to this consult, you will receive a 60 minute session with our exercise physiologist, Daniel Cooper. Who will be able to work directly with you in coming up with meaningful goals to aim for. From here, Daniel will look at how you move through a range of different strength, flexibility and awareness drills to understand what you need. From here, a plan can be devised using exercise to enable you to reach your goals!
