Somatics is a practice of embodied healing and change. In this virtual somatic bodywork session I will guide you through breath patterns and somatic bodywork techniques including self-touch, gestures, and sounds so that you can support physical and emotional wellbeing. This session can be designed to bring you more grounding and stability, or to awaken more aliveness and sensation.
We will also work in a compassionate way with whatever emotions may arise so that you come into deeper alignment with yourself and what you care about.
We will design and carry out the session together with respect to your safety, needs, boundaries, and commitment to healing.
