The Reset Method by Nutrition Nanny® is a comprehensive 8-week program that will teach you how to painlessly pivot your child back on track to building healthy habits, healthy bodies, and healthy futures. This intervention does not focus on “what” your child should and shouldn’t be eating. Instead, our focus will be on the “why” that is driving your child’s food choices and behaviors, and empower YOU with the ability to help them change.
This method incorporates leading-edge research in neurobiology, evolutionary biology, and child brain development. Through the lens of your child, you will gain a better understanding of how conventional and "logical" nutritional advice not only backfires, but often makes feeding problems worse. Through our weekly sessions and action plan, you will reset many of these ineffective parenting approaches with evidence-based strategies that will rebuild trust, and help reset your child's relationship with food.

Weekly Zoom video coaching sessions, 8 total. This approach staggers four 60-minute Zoom calls with four 30-minute Zoom calls.
Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7: 60 Min. Session (Goals Setting)
Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8: 30 Min. Session (Goals Review)
This package includes your Family Action Plan built around your child’s current status, and 4 key pillars of Communication, Environment, Systems, and Lifestyle. This Action Plan will be fluid throughout our 8 weeks together as we “fine tune” weekly action goals. At the end of our time together, you will have an actionable plan already in use and in progress!
