My education and training allows me to provide you with the tools and methods you need to work toward your goals and gain skills to help you cope or work through life's challenges. This can look different for everyone. Each session is designed to meet your individual needs and focus on healing the area you feel needs attention.
Some examples of session content include, stress management guidance, anxiety and depression management, gaining effective coping skills and developing a plan to implement them, accessing the mind and body connection, lifestyle guidance, developing healthy habits and routine, and sometimes it touches all of these areas.
