Food is the most impactful medicine! Your health and wellness depend on the nutrition you are feeding it. The foundations of health stems from adequate hydration and optimal nutrition. You may also be eating foods that although taste good, do not fit the needs of your body or cause distress. We will review these in detail to determine the best diet for you.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist, and Nutrition Coach, I combine all of my trainings to develop a wholistic treatment plan that focuses on lifestyle shifts to make you feel and look great! I use Eastern and Western medical knowledge to determine how your body is currently functioning and how to support it in the best way possible. My goal is to educate you and boost your confidence while in the kitchen, shopping in the grocery store, and choosing the best options while eating out or traveling. I focus on mindfulness eating and creating an awareness of specific foods that fuel you, but also make you feel energized and healthy.
