Successfully losing weight and keeping it off requires permanent changes to lifestyle and eating patterns. Create a sustainable action plan to help you achieve and maintain the healthy weight that you want. Using scientifically validated behavior change strategies, I will guide you during 9 one-hour coaching sessions scheduled over 6 months.

Your Coach
Francisco Heredia is a National Board-Certified Health Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a California state-licensed naturopathic doctor with 11 years of experience, and is certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Cost
Pay $97 after each session or $799 for the 9-session packet. To receive the discounted price of $799, please purchase the packet before your third session.
Q and A
• Can I register for fewer than 9 sessions? Yes, but registering for less than 9 sessions limits successful goal achievement.
• Do I need to let my doctor know I’m taking these sessions? No, although I do recommend it. Your doctor may want to investigate whether medications or medical or mental health conditions are making you gain weight. Baseline lab tests may be ordered. If you are taking medications, your dosing and potency may need adjustments after losing weight.
• A medical condition is causing me to gain weight. Will your coaching sessions help me? Medical and mental health conditions that cause weight gain must be well managed to benefit from my coaching sessions. Please consult with your doctor.
• I’m taking medication to lose weight. Can I take your coaching sessions at the same time? Yes, if the medication and your follow-ups are well managed by a licensed healthcare professional.
