Overview
Sleep well by creating an effective action plan under the guidance of a nationally certified Health and Wellness Coach. You’ll participate in six 1-hour coaching sessions. Pay $97 for each session or purchase a 6-session packet for $547.
Sleep
Insomnia and other poor sleep patterns can make you feel lethargic and irritable, create foggy thinking, and cause you to crave unhealthy food. Habitually sleeping less than 7 hours a night is associated with various chronic diseases, including some forms of cancer, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
The Coaching Sessions
Improve your sleep pattern, naturally, using scientifically validated behavior change and sleep improvement strategies. Create and achieve a sustainable sleep improvement plan within 3 months. Your specific schedule and needs may alter this timeline.

Francisco Heredia is a National Board-Certified Health Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). He is also a California state-licensed naturopathic doctor with 11 years of experience and is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Q and A
• Once I reach my sleep goal, can I stop taking my sleep medication? Please discuss this question with your doctor. Stopping sleep medication requires a weaning-off process that needs to be supervised by your doctor.
• Can I register for fewer than 6 sessions? Yes, although 6 sessions are best for creating a sustainable action plan. Registering for less than 6 sessions limits successful goal achievement.
• Can the $97 I paid for the first session be deducted from the cost of a 6-sessions packet? Yes, if you purchase the 6-session packet before your second session begins.
• Can I register for these sessions if my poor sleep is primarily due to a medical condition? Work with your doctor before registering for these sessions if your sleep suffers due to an uncontrolled mental health condition or a medical condition. You will benefit from my coaching sessions once these conditions are well managed.
