You know that nothing will get solved until you make yourself heard. However, even the idea of talking is causing great anxiety in your body. You are obsessing about different scenarios in which you are telling your truth, but in reality you are silent. Your fear of confronting is causing you to do everything else but to speak up.
We experience negative consequences of not being able to communicate well in all kinds of relationships including with our partners, parents, friends and even colleagues. So why don’t we practice communication before you actually do the talk? Let me be the mirror to which you can talk freely and express your truest/deepest emotions. Together let’s figure out how you are really feeling, what you really want to say, and let’s practice how you say it. Let’s even go beyond that, and face your fear of what would happen if you do speak your truth.
This is a very exciting topic for me, as I have seen first hand miracles in my life after I dealt with my fear of confronting and started speaking up my truth.
