This will include past and current medical history, family history, health concerns, chronic diseases, medications and your health and wellness goals. I will then review the assessment findings, provide you with a detailed review of my personalized health and wellness program that I offer, and specifics on how I can help you heal, restore, and transform your health and wellness.

I utilize an Integrative Medicine approach to your care. This includes Holistic care practices, Nutritional guidance, supplement recommendations and exercise regimen plans. **Note: All supplements recommended are natural and safe. Most are plant-based and/or vegan, and because I am a Registered Nurse, I can help you management your medications to provide the best supplement match that is safe for you to take.

My Health & Wellness programs are personalized and structured for you and your lifestyle. Each program length is six months. (I can adjust based on initial assessment). Each month will include 2 sessions, weekly check-ins, and intermittent educational handouts, books, recipes and other goodies! What to expect in a meeting: I begin each session with a breathe series that will includes about 30 seconds to get grounded and settled in. Then, I will check in with you to see how you are feeling. We will review any updates, symptoms, recent events, changes in mood, food choices, and any addition intentions/goals for the upcoming week. We will then review how the previous recommendations worked and adjust if needed.
