From an early age we are subjected to a thing called "programming". This means that from the day you are born, you are raised with someone else's belief system. As you get older, these beliefs may no longer serve you or could even be holding you back from greatness. Your beliefs create your habits and your habits create your identity.
I follow this work with a habit change coaching method which helps you identify the beliefs you need to change in order to find ultimate happiness. Create a space in which you are able to be completely honest with yourself about what you want and what has been getting in the way of you having that. Changing your habits takes time and accountability, through my 3 month (90 day) program you will learn new tools to create new habits around beliefs that are in alignment with who you want to be.
I will be here to cheer you on and support you through action steps that we choose together, but also stretch you and give you a loving nudge forward when you are falling off track. The most important piece though, is the right system. This means the right steps in the right order. Most importantly I will hold a powerful vision for you, no matter what state you show up in during our sessions, so that I can meet you where you are, but always help you take a step forward toward your desires.
