Hi, I am Janine - ACE certified personal trainer, health coach, and co-owner of 2 Health Nuts. As a health and wellness professional, I have over 16 years in the industry having worked with all ages and in many different fitness arenas.
During your 50 (virtual) minute personal training session, you will experience a customized workout routine that will challenge you physically and mentally, all while creating a stronger, more FIT, YOU...and, of course, one that is tailored to your goals! The emphasis of these workouts is geared towards building muscular strength and endurance, all while improving overall body composition. This is a fantastic entry point for anyone who is new or seasoned to fitness. Each workout begins with a dynamic warm-up and finishes with a full body stretch.
Prior to your first session, a brief consultation will be had between you and Janine. This will review your past and present health history, current lifestyle behaviors, goals, and what you would like to gain from your sessions. Janine will be able to create a strong foundation to help set the stage for a more progressive fitness plan.
