Book this 1-hour Zoom consultation where you and Dr. Steph will discuss your eating, exercise, sleep, stress, & mindset to develop a roadmap plan for weight loss customized to your needs.
The session will begin by discussing your current routine so Steph can learn what your life is like.
-Eating: how often you eat, how much you eat, what foods you eat or cut out, and what a realistic plan would be for you (this could be a flexible meal plan, flexible dieting & macros, or tracking only calories)
-Exercise: how often you exercise, how long, what intensity, what setting, daily steps, and what you do on your rest days to come up with a realistic weekly schedule for you
-Sleep: how many hours, what quality of sleep you get to determine if that's appropriate or if a bedtime routine can be implemented to improve sleep
-Stress: what your stress level is 0-10, what's causing it, and what you're doing to manage it to determine if you should implement a daily self care routine to reduce stress
-Mindset: how's your self confidence, happiness, and satisfaction with life? We will discuss this to determine if you can perhaps make some changes to your daily routine or life to live in better alignment with what you want
