Hi, so happy you're here! My name's Lauryn and I'm a Registered Dietitian with my Bachelors and Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics as well as my Certification in Personal Training!
To give a little bit about me, I am extremely passionate about fitness, health, and wellness. I fell in love with fitness and nutrition after learning firsthand the impact that it has on not just appearance but my mood and mental health overall. I currently work full-time at a hospital in New York as a Clinical Dietitian where I provide counseling & research-based education to help patients heal/prevent illness through diet changes.
My goal as an RD is to help others build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food & exercise while also meeting their individualized goals. As nutrition and fitness go hand in hand, I am the one-stop-shop for better health. My approach with my clients is sticking to simple, nutrient dense meals consisting primarily of whole foods, effective workouts that align with your specific goals, education and counseling to get you there, and accountability along the way. The most overwhelming part of any health journey is getting started, so you're already making progress! I specialize in the following:
