My name is Karlynn Only-Sydnor and I am the owner and personal trainer for KAOS Performance Fitness. We focus on helping women prioritize their health, build strength, improve their mobility and shed excess fat. I have been a personal trainer for years in Sacramento, California. All of our programs are designed based on your goals, abilities, lifestyle and your assessment that is done in our first meeting. There is an emphasis on strength training and mobility training as well as rest and recovery. All of the nutrition programs are designed to compliment your fitness training program for maximum results. Lastly we will improve your daily habits to help you form consistency and incorporate exercise into your daily life. You are guaranteed to feel better in two weeks.

As a mother of four and a business owner, I know exactly what it feels like for your health to take a backseat to everything else. It's tough to put yourself first. I went through a period of time where I thought I would have to wait until things settled down before I could focus on my health and fitness. I would pause when things became busy or overwhelming. But this only taught me to develop a "pause" mentality. I had to learn how to put my health first even when life was making it tough.
