My name is Joanna, and I am an HMI/AHA-certified master hypnotist, Brown University-qualified MBSR teacher, Chopra-certified meditation instructor, and SOMA Breath-certified breathwork instructor. Although I am trained in hypnotherapy for a wide range of purposes, most of my clients typically come to me for Past-Life Regression and Smoking Cessation sessions. For this reason, I have dedicated additional time and training to specialize in these two areas of hypnotherapy to best serve my clients. In fact, I have gone a leap beyond to turbocharge my client's experiences by offering Technology-Assisted hypnotherapy sessions with awe-inducing results.
As an anthropologist, I have dedicated my graduate and post-graduate studies to examining wisdom traditions around the world and delving into the scientific research that examines the benefits of various practices on physical and mental health. As an MBSR and meditation teacher, I regularly work with patients to help them establish meditation practices that complement existing medical treatments. In my years of experience, I have found that meditation and mindfulness techniques can even help my hypnotherapy clients go deeper during their sessions, leading to profoundly richer hypnotherapy experiences.
I am committed to staying on top of the latest scientific research in the areas of hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork to stay in-the-know and best serve my clients. I am a lifelong learner who regularly trains in the latest techniques and tools to excelerate my clients' results and help them reach their goals effortlessly faster. I have found that my clients already have an innate wisdom within them, and I make it my heartfelt mission to honor each individual's self-sovereignty as we work together to access the superconscious mind and the higher self that has all the answers.
