My name is Janelle, but you can call me Elle. My online platform is used to help inspire the next generation of people who want to use movement, breath-work techniques, medicinal herbs, and all the things around to press towards enhancing their health and wellness journey. I'm grateful to have obtained my Master's degree in science with a major in Athletic Training. My pursuits led me into becoming a 200-hour certified and registered Yoga Instructor, Herbalist, Aromatherapy Enthusiast, Breathwork facilitator, Wellness coach, Gardener, and Environmental enthusiast.
