I was exposed to the importance of nutrition from an early age which has allowed me to develop a strong interest in taking care of myself through balance and wellness. I am passionate about educating others on how to improve their overall health. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and my Masters degree in Nutrition from American University.
