I have functional nutrition and health and wellness coaching certifications from Mind Body Green and I've coached countless women on all areas of health: stress reduction, nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep, social support and spiritual practices. My heart is with moms and caregivers who are trying to juggle so much in their day and end up feeling burned out and depleted by the end of it. Work, children's needs, household duties, meals, appointments, it can feel overwhelming! I know how you feel because I'm a mom myself who's gone through these same seasons.
